Aer Lingus introduce advance purchase breakfast

Aer Lingus has introduced the option to order your breakfast in advance before your flight in order to guarantee you receive it on the plane. Similar to American Airlines offer of advance purchase, the offer costs €7.50  is available now for people traveling on flights from Ireland to the UK and Europe. Aer Lingus states that they are beginning this idea with breakfast and if it proves popular hopes to introduce other options soon, including a chicken and beef salad available from next month. The option to order is available as you book your flight and is included with the options to book seats or car hire. The only down side is that you must book it in 36 hours in advance. Still its nice to have the option.
